Premier Aiken Augusta Golf Course with practice facility, Pro Shop and Restaurant.
- Mandatory Notice: All Guests must report to the Pro Shop staff BEFORE accessing the facilities. MVGC prohibits unrestricted or unauthorized access without the awareness and consent of the Pro Shop staff.
- Course Availability: Guests agree that MVGC may limit their access to the course, practice facility, restaurant and other amenities and privileges as necessary.
- Code of Conduct: All MVGC Guests must follow the rules and regulations of Midland Valley Golf Club. The management can remove any Guest who breaks any rule or regulation of MVGC or behaves in a way that the management deems harmful to the well-being, safety, and reputation of Midland Valley Golf Club and its Members.
- Dress Code: All Guests shall always dress appropriately for golf on the course and in the clubhouse. This means a collared and sleeved shirt for men and a sleeveless option for women, slacks/shorts/skirt that are not denim. Clothing should not be ripped or with holes. Appropriate footwear closed toe golf shoes.
- Golf Cars: MVGC policy regarding the use of golf carts at our club is designed to promote the safety and enjoyment of all our patrons and staff, as well as to comply with the state and local regulations. As of June 21, 2024, MVGC will only rent a golf cart to those who are 21 years old or older with a valid driver's license or a current MVGC member 16 years old or older with a valid driver's license. Those who don't meet this criteria will not be allowed to operate a golf cart on our premises. This policy applies to both the 18-hole and the 9-hole rounds. The Pro Shop is responsible for assigning golf cars to approved Guests with a valid state issued driver’s license who are 21yoa or older. Operation of the Cart requires the Guest to follow the rules and regulations in the operation manual and the manufacturer’s warning sticker/signs affixed to the golf car.
- Damage or Injury Liability: A Guest will pay MVGC for any damage to the property or harm to anyone caused by the Guest. The Guest also agrees to defend Midland Valley Golf Club and its staff, agents, and owners, from any claims, damages, or lawsuits, for any kind of damage or injury to Guests or others, related to Guest’s use of the golf course, its property or equipment.
- Property and Equipment: MVGC provides equipment for our Guest’s use. These items include Range Balls, Baskets, Towels and many other supplies. These items must stay in their designated areas. Removing these items from MVGC property is theft and offenders will face legal consequences.
- Miscellaneous: If any of the provisions in this Agreement are deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such a condition will not affect any other provision, and this Agreement will be interpreted as if that invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision was never included here. This Agreement represents the entire agreement and understanding of the parties on the subject matter hereof, cannot be assigned, can only be changed by a written agreement signed by both parties, and replaces any prior representations, agreements, and understandings, oral or written, if any, on the same subject matter. MVGC may revise, alter, or improve these Guest Terms as necessary.
- Termination: If a Guest breaches any of the rules and regulations of this contract, their rights and benefits will be revoked without any reimbursement of any kind. Guests will also risk being banned from playing at MVGC.
