IMPORTANT: All Packages must be PRE-PAID at time of Reservation. For bookings transactions finalized in 2024, refunds only available through December 20, 2024. For bookings transactions finalized in 2025, refunds available through March 28, 2025. A service fee of 10% to cover processing and transaction fees will be deducted from all refund requests.
